Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Founder of Retreat Iraq

Since 2016, Enas has been working in mental health and psychological support, specializing in psychotherapy, emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and trauma-informed therapeutic practices. Through Retreat Iraq, she aims to create safe and transformative spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, heal, and build sustainable psychological well-being.

Because psychological healing does not have to remain an isolated experience. It can become a shared human journey where women find safety, belonging, connection, and healing within a supportive community.
